America’s obesity epidemic reaches another record high

The American rates of obesity are continuing to spiral out of control, according to a new report. As much as 70% of the population are now falling into either the overweight or obese category, making excessive weight the new normal.

It’s the ultimate sign that policies to combat increasing waistlines simply aren’t working, so if we want an end to this madness, it’s time to do things differently.

And it’s obvious (to me at least) that the elefant in the room is the deeply-flawed dietary guidelines.
